Currently trying to conceive, Implantation bleeding?

Hi all, Me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive last month just after my period ended. I did ovulate. I am currently getting this bleeding started nearly an hour ago, was very very light, i can now only see it if i wipe. I have put a tampon up there just in case but only a streak a little thin line would be on it, I am due on my period tomorrow but i have never had bleeding days before my periods. I always get heavy bleeding also on the first day and get (TMI) Diarreah but i have not got that. This only comes out when i wipe, i have tried walking around to see if it comes out but isnt, also (TMI) checked cervix and its very high up and feels swollen. I have had small cramps 2 days ago but dissapeared, very very light ones at the moment. Nothing like my normal period ones. Also this is happening 14 dpo.
