Is Cynthia and Cheyenne similar names?

My fiancé had an old hook up named Cynthia and obviously it hurts to hear that name.  I love the name Cheyenne but feel like it looks so similar to that so I feel like I can’t choose it.  Maybe I’m being crazy 🤷🏻‍♀️ but we all deal with things differently.  What would you guys say

Lol no completely different my name is Cheyenne. I dont like the name cynthia not just because  my name is Cheyenne, it reminds me of the rugrats cartoon that was Angela's doll's name.. but any ways I love my name lots of nicknames my dad would call shyrae
