So my 2 year old child has had a fever since Sunday. Took him to pediatrics on Tuesday they said he has an ear infection. Gave him some medication for ear infection. His fevers go on and off. Has lost his appetite. Lost 2 pounds since his 2 year checkup which was on the 8th of this month. Last night he didn’t sleep as much. He was crying a lot. Today he is throwing up and having diarrhea, he is fuzzy like if he is irritated and his fevers keep going high to low. Should I go to to the ER because I feel like this is more than just an ear infection. Because he has had a couple of ear infection in the past and none have caused such pain for him.
