Epo and cramping

So I've been inserting EPO for about a week now, but tonight I could hardly get it up, something was in the way so I had a little feel and it feels like the baby's head.. is that normal? I'm 38 + 1. Plus I've been cramping for weeks now but today has been different, really painful under my bump and my bump has been sore to touch. Anyone have this?
