Yesterday my bleeding was almost non existent except when I wiped and my cramping subsided about 5 days postpartum. Today I have been cramping all day almost like period cramps and not the contraction like cramps you get after delivering. My bleeding has returned and is about as heavy as when I left the hospital and it’s brighter red than yesterday. Is this normal? I don’t remember this happening with my last baby. I did take my baby to his first checkup yesterday. Could the walking around and picking up his car seat, and picking up my toddlers to put them in their car seat cause this?
