34 weeks - Big baby

Well, I went in for an appointment with Maternal Fetal Medicine yesterday for ultrasound to check baby size (I have GD but all of my sugar levels are good) and they said baby is in the 99th percentile and weighs about 7 lbs! I'm worried since I still have 4.5 weeks to go until my scheduled C-section and he's already this big! I'm so uncomfortable and he feels so big and heavy, he dropped about 2 weeks ago and I just can't imagine trying to walk around (already uncomfortable like he's pushing down hard when I walk around) for another month! Anyone else experience this?
