So I have 4c hair and sometimes a spot on my head would itch and go away but this time I asked my sister to look at it and take a picture and she saw a red dot on my scalp, anyone know what this is? Did I just over-scratch my scalp? What can i put on it to make it stop itching? I wash my hair when i’m supposed to, and I know it’s not lice or anything. I’m just worried I have something bad. Thank you.

P.S- I know you all aren’t scalp doctors but if anyone knows what I’m going through, I’d appreciate it
