Pregnant after 2 MC

I had my first miscarriage 1.5 years ago. Then we just started trying in January, got pregnant that month then I miscarried at about 5 weeks at the end of February. I am now pregnant again and super worried. I don’t have really have any of the typical pregnancy symptoms. Pretty much my only sign was my missed period, and a tad bit of nausea.
