Infertility

After years of TTC I found out yesterday that I cannot have children due to untreated PID. I’m getting treated for the infection now but it’s already too late. Doctors say I have to muvh scar tissue for surgery and can’t conceive unless it’s IVF. I can’t afford IVF or adoption so it looks like I won’t be able to have a family of my own.

Advice and help is appreciated. I’m not sure if I’m going to be okay :(
