So i am on the depo shot and i have been for a year now. i made an appointment to get my next shot for the normal 3 months and then i ended up missing the appointment and going the next day. i had unprotected sex between that time because we honestly thought it would be fine but for some reason now im getting nervous? when i google it it says that if i got the shot within the first 7 days of my period then im good but i dont have a period anymore because of the shot. ive been bloated a lot and super super in the mood all the time for some reason. also every time i orgasm theres a cramp for about a second but it goes away fast. i could just be totally overreacting but ive never been this nervous before.
