Help need advice, Uti

Okay so I have a uti(this is my first one ever)and I’ve been spotting and it was only when I wiped and not every time. I started taking AVO cranberry pills two days ago and I’ve been drinking a lot of water....do you girls know if there is anything I could do to get rid of this, I don’t have insurance or money to pay out of pocket to go to a doctor right now
