You can eat sushi from a reputable place, seafood is GOOD for baby just not stuff high in mercury and they don't recommend tuna in sushi even if it's cooked cus they usually use "big eyed tuna" That apparently has a higher mercury level. There are so many issues with America and what people deem is "safe"... Also eat the fuckin hot dog lol 🤘

If it’s not fully cooked I would be careful and stay away. Sushi is the one rule i stay strict to during the pregnancy because depending on where you go it might not be a reputable restaurant. Cooked seafood is alright as long as it’s low mercury and most doctors say no more than 2x a week. You can always ask your doctor their opinion on seafood during pregnancy because not all doctors have the same opinions

Unless it’s fully cooked it’s not safe. Frying might only cook the outside and most of the fish could still be raw.
