So I spent the day on the beach and got server sunburn! I've been using Aloe but wanna no if this coconut oil lotion would work good to keep moisture and possibly prevent pealing!

No! Never ever put lotion or creams on a sunburn.

Nothing prevents peeling. The peeling is the dead skin falling off. Use clear aloe. Take cold baths/showers. Use cold rags.

No coconut oil/ lotion until the heat is gone.  Trust me. Use aloe the fist few days or until it doesn't burn anymore then switch to a lotion.

I like the banana boat aloe lotion...I still use the gel aloe first but the lotion moisturizes I like to use it before bed until the sunburn goes away

If you have green tea bags make green tea and use the tea bags cold on your sunburn. Thats what helps me the best. Oh and loooots of cold showers

I always use the blue bottle of ocean potion it has lidocaine so it takes the pain away also
