Just delivered my second a week ago tomorrow at 37+1 for mild pre-e. I had a few elevated but not crazy high BP readings and then had some protein spillage once, so that's how I got the diagnosis. BP was fine after diagnosis and during labor and while in the hospital.

Now a week after delivery, my BP is up and down again but my baseline is higher. I've talked to my doc and I'm monitoring at home and have been told to go in if it's 150/90. With my last I also had higher BP at a week pp but it went down by itself in 2 weeks or so. Anyone else experience this?
