I cannot get rid of my poor baby’s diaper rash! He sharts around the clock so it’s impossible to keep him in a dry diaper. I have gently washed his butt in warm water and always let it dry, I’ll even pat dry with a washcloth. I have been slathering him everything I have. A&D, Desitin, Butts bees natural diaper cream, Vaseline. It got less red around his little balls so I know it is working minimally, but the spots that are always wet on his butt are getting worse! One side is raw! Idk what to do 😭 I want to let him be nude but he gets cold so fast
