I’m 21 weeks pregnant now, and I lactated last pregnancy. So I’m expecting to this pregnancy too. My nipples are freakin itchy and it’s driving me nuts! I’m hoping it means I’m gonna lactate soon and then it’ll stop itching

My nipples have been crazy itchy since my second trimester and I have just barely started leaking this past week. I'm 38 weeks now.

Yeah sometimes itchy 😑 it's too sensitive to scratch 😶. You can use lanolin cream.
