Hey y’all so for a long time i’ve had really bad bumps on my arms some of them do look like pimples and idk what the cause is or how to treat it. Any ideas or tips? Pls and thanks! 😕😊

I used to get similar although not red on my upper arms. I noticed since I’ve been vegan (5 years) it cleared up. Do you eat a lot of dairy and red meat? They are inflammatories. Try cutting back your dairy intake and see if that helps. Otherwise see a doctor, too. You may have a mild allergy.

I’ve been diagnosed with Keratosis Polaris, and the doctor told me to use lotion, they also make special body washes. You shouldn’t take baths either, they dry out your skin even more. Keeping your skin hydrated should help. 😊
