Newly TTC at 40 and paranoid

I just turned 40 and had a tubal reversal in Feb/19. We've only been trying for 2 months now, Any advice or things our Dr hasn't told us to expect ? And for the ladies on Clomid or other prescriptions, how long did you wait to start taking them? All my tests are great for my age (shocked the Doc lol). And my guy is 100%. TIA ☺
