Do you consider benefits when accepting a job?
I see so many posts on here with families struggling to pay for health insurance. It got me wondering- do you consider the benefits when accepting a job?
My company pays majority of my insurance. If they hadn’t I would have done some research, looked at insurance costs for a family out of pocket and asked for that money to be added to my salary.
Is this not a common practice?
