Antibiotics for the next 20 weeks

Has anyone else been put on long term antibiotics during pregnancy? I was 20 weeks as of yesterday and got out on antibiotics for the rest of my pregnancy. I was hospitalized due to my kidney infection coming back for the second time in under a month 😒 they gave me 2 rounds of iv antibiotics In the hospital and the next 14 days I’ll be on 500mg of keflex 4x a day then daily after that till babies born . Is there anything I should be worried about with being on antibiotics for so long of my pregnancy? Will I likely be induced early because of it ? Sorry if this isn’t the right Page to post on
