Please tell me I’m not crazy!

9dpo today. This morning I tested on FRER and it was negative. My first pregnancy my tests were always stronger in the afternoon so I tested again this evening, and here it is at the 3 minute mark. My husband sees it too but I’m in disbelief. It’s there right?!
