I was getting them really bad around 13-14 weeks almost daily and lasting all day. Midwife suggested 200 mg of magnesium every day to combat some of the symptoms along with tylenol and extra water!

I have a history of migraines but cannot take my preventative medicine during pregnancy nor can I take my regular medication to treat.  I’ve found a combo that at least takes the edge off. I take daily magnesium supplements to prevent. Then when I get a headache I take 2 Tylenol, 1baby aspirin, and 1 unisom all with something containing caffeine.

I had headaches from 15-18 weeks and then they went away almost completely. It could have been weather changes but probably pregnancy related

I got them really bad in the beginning of my 2nd tri. The only thing that helped was drinking a cup of coffee. Not even tylenol helped. And I drink a ton of water already.

Yes you need to drink more water it helps
