Need some answers please help !!

I had my last period April 1st if this month and ended on the 6th. Everything has been pretty normal. I don’t track my ovulation using an ovulation kit so I’m not sure I ovulate the day my app tells me. The passed couple of days I have been really constipated its been really hard for me to go, I been peeing a lot, I had cramps a couple of days ago but nothing I haven’t felt before. I went to a football game today and when I came home from the game I noticed blood... is this spotting?! What exactly is this? This has never happened to me before. When I went pee and wiped there was no blood what so ever. Has anyone gone through this & ended up pregnant? Or has anyone gone through something like this in general? And if so what was is?
