He's 3wks old today. How can I clear it up??

It will clear up on it's own. It doesn't last very long my baby girl gets it too. She will have some spots one day and then it will be gone the next and have new ones pop up the next day. It's normal at this age.

Try breastmilk! It should eventually clear up on its own though

I put some breastmilk on mines face! Resides that it’s just baby acne. It’ll clear on its own.

Normal and will clear on its own. My sons showed up at 3 wks too. He’s 5 wks now, still has it and I’m told it peaks at about 6 wks. I’ve tried putting breastmilk on it, hasn’t helped, so I gently wash him w a warm cloth once a day and otherwise leave it be. Doesn’t bother him at all luckily just aesthetic.

I used mustella micellar water and it went away in 2 days
