Exercise??

Hoping for some advice...I am 4 weeks 2 days with my First and so excited. Have pcos so took a while to conceive and had a chemical pregnancy in December so I’m worried about how tenuous this time could be. For all the mommas who have been here before, any advice on what level of exercise is ok right now? I regularly workout with jogging, HIIT and/or light weight lifting. Hoping to continue and stay active!
