If you feel lightheaed, and about to pass out..
Get your iron checked! I am always anemic when im pregnant because baby requires so much. Plus, the prenantal viatmins has folic acid which makes you blood go to hyper speed. I was feeling so bad today. I bought a small 30 tablet iron vitamin bottle that was under $3. I feel so much better,nauseous, but better. Just my advice, get your iron professionally checked.
