Let’s talk peeing and kegels...Did you regain control of your pelvic floor?
I’m 4 weeks postpartum and had a third degree tear. I did kegels before having my baby and thought I’d be in pretty good shape postpartum. Sometimes, when I try kegels now while I’m peeing, sometimes they work and I can stop my flow of urine and sometimes I can’t. It’s got me worried I won’t regain definition and control of my pelvic floor. What are your experiences? Did you regain control? How long did it take?
