Exercise Concerns
I’m about 4weeks and 2days along now. I’ve always been active. Not overly fit, but active. I’m concerned about continuing to maintain my exercise routine. I used to run 2x a week and yoga 2-3x a week. I’m now walking my dogs instead of running and switched to prenatal yoga instead of my normal stuff. I also did Pilates and a lot of an work before. I don’t know why I’m so nervous to do anything with this pregnancy. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I didn’t have these fears. I danced until I couldn’t anymore and I worked on my feet all day.
Is anyone else experiencing these fears? Is anyone continuing their normal exercise routines with slight modification?
