Period or miscarriage?

I have been feeling extremely unusual these past few weeks and it might sound weird but I feel like I have some sort of sense towards being pregnant , I have unprotected sex a lot and rarely feel this way . I have had pain in my Lower tummy and feelings of tiredness, mood swings, unusual dissociation with my body, faintness and my skin has gotten bad (could just be overthinking ) . Today (around expected period) I had one extremely light spot followed by a few hours later lots of tissue & a bit of blood on my undies. I peed out no blood and there was barely any blood on my toilet paper which is super unusual for me. I have never had tissue in my period and I have never spotted before. I also feel sick today (but have other reasons to as well) I was never aware of being pregnant just had a sense followed by a super unusual period, do you guys think I am overthinking or this could be a miscarriage? Is there a way to test this? Like if I took a pregnancy test now what would come up IF it was a miscarriage? Thankyou
