Best probiotic?

I started taking probiotics last year after I had reoccurring BV (a nightmare!)
now I’m experiencing back to back yeast infections 😢
this is the probiotic I take, does anyone recommend anything else? I guess this doesn’t cut it

I take the renew life ones. But I’d like to add everything else I do. I used to get back to back yeast infections and bv. Watch sugar intake. Wear cotton undies. Sperm/ lubes throw off ph balance- I use coconut oil for lube- just don’t use with condoms. No soaps or bubble baths down there. If I feel my ph is off I wash myself with baking soda. Haven’t had any issues since doing these things :)

I get BV alot too and just this past week had it took antibiotics and then got a UTI. Following this thread for recommendations too.

The 2 work best for me. I honestly interchange them because when one is on sale I buy it and when the other is on sale I buy t as well. BOTH work great I get mine from Target and Walmart. (sometimes Kroger)
