Night sweats.
It could be so cold outside like 30 degrees and it could be 30 degrees in here and i would wake up with my shirt soaked around the neck area. I would sweat so much that i would wake up and take a cool shower. Is this a premenopausal thing? I am 26 going on 27. TIA
