I’m so confused 🙈🙈

Was supposed to come on my period Tuesday but was late...took a test Friday 19/4 and was positive but quite a faint second line (top test) then had a bit of blood loss took one Saturday 20/4 and it said negative (bottom test). I’m so confused? Could this mean I was pregnant and now I’m not ☹️☹️??
