so i am 52 days late on my period and i’ve been going to my gynecologist. i’ve had other symptoms as well and have had a series of tests done. my doctor believes i have polycystic ovary syndrome and i’ll know monday when the labs come back. however, i got the mirena inserted friday. my doctor told me to expect a lot of cramping, bleeding, and lining to come out especially for all my missed periods. it’s now day three of having the mirena and i’ve had no discharge at all. no spotting or anything. is it normal to not have discharge? and if not, would the pcos, if i have it, be a cause for this for no discharge?
