I don’t see a line. With your hcg at 23 the last blood draw, it is below the threshold I think (if I recall correctly) that a home pregnancy test would show. I have had 3 back to back miscarriages (4 weeks 3 days, 6 weeks, 8.5 weeks) my body had to have a cycle after my hcg bottomed to zero. The sucky thing is that it takes time. My doctor wanted me to wait for 3 months and let my cycle get back into a groove before trying again. Ask your doctor about how soon you can TTC. So sorry this happened to you. I can relate to the feeling.

Sometimes HCG can spike back up again before it goes all the way down. I would wait two or three days and retest!
