Hard work and healthy eating are worth it!
I stayed active and ate healthy during my entire pregnancy. I still gained about 40lbs overall, but I am now one week post partum and I am so glad I stuck to my health regimen. I can see the difference in my body every day and I am getting so close to my prepregnancy body. Still 14 lbs to go, but I’m so happy to see my belly snapping back!
