For those with a crib that converts to toddler bed, when did you transfer baby from toddler bed to big kid bed??

My son is almost 2.5 and still in the crib. We arent even close to transitioning to a toddler bed let alone a big kid bed.

My son was 20 months when we went to the toddler bed and just got his "big boy bed" for his 3rd birthday! Tonight will be his first night so 🤞🤞

My daughter was a few months over 2 years old. We only transitioned because she started launching herself out of the crib 🤦‍♀️ she did so well, though!

My first was 2y when we converted it to toddler bed and my 2nd was 18m. I think it was the perfect time for each individual child when we did it.
