Pain with sex :( pls help very worried

As some of u may know , I have a history of an ectopic pregnancy ( just one ) anyways with that being said I am at risk for future ones. Me and hubby have EXCLUSIVLEY been ttc sinceJanuary. . I've been taking concieve plus supplements.. having regular sex , and opking. Well having pisive opk yesterday and app saying I'm ovulating today ... I've noticed since yesterday that it hurts when I have sex. And I can feel a very pressure / pain where baby would begrowing. its mostly on the left side. When I try to have a bowel movement or when I cough it hurts also. Not hurt really but def pressure . Do u ladies think I should go to hospital in case of another ectopic ? Or what do u think ? Maybe ovulation or implantation pains ? I'm not sure but def very nervous.
