Moms in outside sales! I need advice

Jen

With all the lunches and plans we make, not to mention all the logging of visits and expense reports for mileage, I find it difficult to actually work until I go into labor (which is what I really really want to do!). Altho I’ll plan to stay home as much as possible those final two-four weeks, I still have a full plate all the time. I’m making sure my clients are all taken care of - but I’m specifically worried about my admin work (again, mileage and logging calls), that I’m wondering if I need to give myself an official end date just to be safe and to save myself all this stress. What did those of you do (those that are also required to be in the field until you’re out) - work until labor or give yourself an end date???? If gave yourself a date, how far along did you go until?

I should also note that I’m being watched for preeclampsia so I am terrified that I’ll go our way early and have a full desk that I literally cannot just leave. I’m 32 weeks and I have lots of meetings and events up until 36 weeks! (Also - my boss and team isn’t very helpful so I need to plan for little assistance on my way out)
