6 month olds belly button still open??

My little one has has always had a very deep innie since her cord fell off so it’s always ‘closed’ as pictured in the last photo. I’ve checked up on it from time to time to make sure it’s healed since we had some issues with it early on, however I checked on it today and it appears to be open again? Not sure what to do about it or if there’s anything to really worry about.. we’re in between doctors/medical insurance providers at the moment so I don’t want to take her in unless necessary TIA
