Would it be acceptable to call into work for today and Wednesday? I'm waiting for my body to recognize the fact that I have a blighted ovum. Yesterday I was spotting and cramping. Today the cramps are worse but the spotting hasn't showed up yet again today. But it will give me sometime also to contact my doctor as well. I just found out about all this on Saturday so work doesn't even know yet. They knew I was going to a second ultrasound to see if everything was okay or not though. Also what should I even say to them? Based on how I am feeling I except for it to happen very soon. I feel just like if not a little more crampy like when I get my period. And I dont want to be at work that first day at all.
