Online I bought a $20 kit last month and then my order was cancelled without any notice and I couldn’t access my account to check my order status so then I called and found out my order was cancelled and they fixed everything and my total was $20. A week later I received my kit this was in March.

Today in the mail I see a proactiv kit and I opened and I was curious to see why I got another package from proactive a month later when I haven’t ordered a second time and I haven’t even been on the Website since I called to inquire about my last order. So today I’ve received a packed that I did not order that consists of three payments of $33. That total is $101.00 I didn’t order this though. And they’ve already taken a payment out. I only have $200 to my name until I go back home to work I’m in school right now and I just feel like they really scammed me. I wouldn’t make a deal about it if it was $20 but it’s literally $100. I wrote an email to proactiv I should hear back within 1-2 business days.
