Can I still have sex?

I’m 9 weeks pregnant. I’ve spotted after sex and orgasms and was recommended (not by my doctor) to put myself on pelvic rest. Is this necessary? We are so horny.

You said it was recommended that you be on pelvic rest, if that was what your doctor recommended then that is what I would do. Take it from someone who has experienced a miscarriage it is far easier to skip sex for a while than to recover from losing a baby!

Do as your midwife/ doctor says they know what’s best wait a while and see if they will let u u may think it’s stupid  but it’s for your child’s health so listen

Dont do it. If there's spotting and you were advised against it, dont risk it. I've miscarried twice, and it's so hard to cope. All you feel is that it was your fault, even if there's nothing you could've done.
