Unknown bleeding

Hey ladies!!

I’m on CD21 and I have been “spotting” for three or so days.. I am cramping a little and have slight headaches here and there.. I’m scared to take meds for it in case I am pregnant... I don’t know what it could be.. if I had to describe it without pictures the color of my spotting is a dark brown with a red tint to it. I’m a little nervous.. my husband and I are trying for a baby after our mc in January...

Any help is appreciated
