Broken vagina

Omg. So I’m 23 weeks pregnant and the past few days me and my so have had sex everynight. For the past few months our sex hasn’t really been there we did it every now and then but not like everyday. So it’s day 4 and my vagina is so sore, it’s swollen, and red. when I stand up I feel like it’s gonna fall off. This is the weirdest feeling, ( if you have had a baby vaginally before ) it kinda feels like that when standing.

Like no new positions, he didn’t go super rough nothing about our sex has been different from before so why does it feel this way? 😭
