So I just saw a new doctor for my annual and mentioned that I'd been skipping periods completely and having pain and cramping for weeks. She told me to schedule a follow up if this cycle was abnormal. I'm 6 days passed and called to schedule and was surprised that they scheduled me for next Monday. She mentioned doing estrogen testing and possibly follicle stimulating hormone testing I think? I'm 31, and have a baby. What should I be asking and what should I know about tests available?
