Cramping for more than a week

I’ve been cramping EVERY day for more than a week now... I thought AF was coming today but didn’t. My cycles are a little irregular though so I’ll give it 2 more days before I officially consider her “late”.

Cramps have been sort of like AF cramps but less intense and sometimes I get shooting pains or sharp twinges. Maybe it’s just PMS, but I just don’t remember ever cramping this much and for this long before a period...

Does anyone else get this as a normal PMS symptom?

P.S. I tested this morning and got a BFN but I’m still holding out hope!
