Does anyone know of any home remedies for a viral infection? My symptoms are fever , chills and a slight headache. Had this since Saturday morning. Went to urgent care today they swabbed me for flu and strep throat which both came back negative and told me I have an acute respiratory infection (viral infection) told me it could last 7-10 days and I could develop other symptoms. I was advised I can still keep taking Advil . But I’m just tired of feeling like crap and just want to be better 😭 please if anyone has any tips send them my way
