The miles circuit?

Anyone tried the miles circuit to induce labor? My husband's cousin is a doula, and I asked her what I should do to get labor started. She said the miles circuit will definitely get things going and get baby to move down into the engaged position. She also tried it with her daughter and it worked. I'd never heard of it. I've also never seen it mentioned on here. So I thought I'd share with you other desperate mamas. I'm laying in position #2 right now and I'm about to get up and do #3. Heres the link she sent me:
