Positive test with Kyleena IUD

I got my IUD inserted in January of this year. Been having some cramping, took a pregnancy test tonight and it came back positive but super faint line. I’m worried about an ectopic pregnancy and doctors office is closed right now. Anybody please give me advice or anything that I should do

Update #1: so I just took another test, same brand same box at 11:59 PM and it came back negative. I have drank a lot of water, pee was very light but very confused because I took the positive test around 9:30PM tonight, drank two bottles of water since then
