Severe acne (help!!!)

Hey guys!! I’m 19 years old, and have always had kind of a bad side when it came to acne. I got on BC pills at 14 and my acne was manageable through the years. I got an IUD at the end of October. 5 months later acne is sprouting up all over the place. It has been getting worse and worse. Mostly under my chin, my jawline, and it’s pretty much spreading to the rest of my body. My back is covered in pimples and red spots, and my arms and chest have red bumps (see pics) but some aren’t poppable. How on earth do I get rid of this terrible flare up?? I’ve been using every product known to man, yes even the extremely expensive treatments and creams. It just won’t go away despite a healthy lifestyle and good eating habits. Is a dermatologists visit in my future?
